1. 参赛作品一经提交,即默认拥有复制、编辑及展示案例材料和案例概述的权利。案例将被用于教育及宣传,形式包括但不限于组委会的刊物、网站、合作网站、新闻发布、新闻稿、节目/会议和颁奖典礼。

2. 您所提交的参赛作品不得涉及或影射政治、宗教歧视等话题,一经发现,组委会有权即时取消该作品的参赛资格,参赛费用不予退还。

3. 您同意出版规定及许可相关条款。

4. 您代表并保证提交的作品原创、准确、且不会侵害任何人权或版权、或引起任何第三方的索赔,包括但不限于基于版权、专利、诽谤、物理伤害的索赔、或侵犯隐私权和形象权。此外,如果作品引起任何第三方投诉或任何相关索赔,无论是否为正式的法律诉讼,您都将全力配合组委会回应或驳回投诉和索赔,并且您有义务确保组委会免于投诉或索赔。

5. 所有需要法律或合同许可之处,您都已从作品所涉的所有个人处获得许可。您不可以接受任何个人提出的任何形式的约束、制约或复核要求,包括模特、作品中图像的所有者及其他个人。此类要求或企图一旦出现,您必须立即通知组委会。如果您对任何参赛作品进行后续或其他形式的利用,您将全权负责从作品所涉的所有个人处获得许可,包括模特,个人或作品中图像的所有者,并且您将确保组委会免于由任何后续或其他形式的利用造成的任何个人提出的投诉或索赔。

6. 您证实本案例的案例目标及结果在规定时间范围内有效,所提交信息均真实和准确。参赛作品允许被纳入上海国际广告节数据库并用于相关学术研究,且不违反保密条款。

7. 您所提交的表彰信息为最终版本且不因任何理由修改,即使参赛公司、客户或其他贡献公司在参赛时段之后经历了更名或兼并。您在表彰信息区域提交的信息仍将被用于出版和/或出现在获奖证书上。

8. 您已在参赛案例中提交了所有贡献公司及个人的表彰信息。当年赛事结束之后,不得修改表彰公司或个人信息,若提出修改申请,组委会将根据具体情况酌情给予修改机会,但不能确保修改成功。

9. "付款规定:请确保所有付款信息准确无误。

10. 参赛单位有义务确保所有与参赛费相关的公司信息均准确无误。如参赛单位提交错误信息而导致参赛费不符、遗失等问题,需由参赛单位承担后果。

11. 组委会有权拒绝处理未缴纳全额参赛费的参赛案例。

12. 组委会只有在超额征收或误收参赛费的情况下退款。撤销案例、取消参赛资格或未完成案例的情况均不予退款。

13. 组委会关于赛事的所有决定都将是最终的并且有约束力的。

1. Once the cases for Shanghai International Advertising Festival (SHIAF) competition are submitted, they are defaulted eligible for copy, edit, case display and case overview. Cases will be used in education and publicity, including but not limited to publications, websites, cooperation sites, news releases, programs/meetings/conferences and award ceremonies by the Organizing Committee.

2. All the case submitted for entries must not involve topics such as politics penetration, religious discriminations, etc. Any violations found, the Organizing Committee has the right to cancel its entry, and the entry fee is not refundable.

3. You agree to the publication regulations and approve its relative terms.

4. The cases submitted on your behalf must be guaranteed to be original, accurate works that do not infringe any human rights or copyrights, or cause any third party claims, including but not limited to claims based on copyright, patent, defamation, physical injury or infringement of privacy and image right. In addition, if the cases submitted cause any third party complaint or any related claim, whether or not it is a formal legal action, you will fully cooperate with the Organizing Committee to respond to or dismiss the complaint and claim, and you are obliged to ensure that the Organizing Committee is exempt from complaints or claims.

5. You have obtained permissions from all individuals involved in the cases wherever you need legal or contractual permissions. You may not accept any form of restriction or review requirements from any persons, including the model, the owner of the image and any other individuals in the cases submitted. If such a request or attempt is made, you must notify the Organizing Committee immediately. If you make any subsequent use of any of the entries, you will be solely responsible for obtaining permissions from all individuals involved in the cases submitted, including the owner of the image, the model or any individuals in the cases, and you will ensure that the Organizing Committee is exempt from any subsequent or other form of use caused by any complaint or claim raised by related individuals.

6. You confirm that the objectives and results of the cases submitted are valid for the specified timeframe and that the information submitted is true and accurate. Entries are allowed to be incorporated into the Shanghai International Advertising Festival (SHIAF) database and used for relevant academic research, and the above mentioned situations do not violate the confidentiality clause.

7. The recognition information you submit is the final version and is not subject to any modifications for any reason, even if the participating companies, clients or other contributors have been renamed or merged after the entry period. The information you submit in the recognition section will still be used for publication and / or appear on the award certificate.

8. You have submitted all the recognition information on companies and individuals contributed to the cases submitted. After the competition finishes, the recognition information on companies and individuals submitted may not be changed. If such application is made, the Organizing Committee will grant the modification opportunity according to specific circumstances, but it cannot ensure the success of the amendment.

9. Payment terms: please ensure that all the payment information is accurate.

10. It is the duty of the participating company to ensure that all company information related to the entry fee is accurate. If the wrong amount of entry fee is paid or the entry fee is lost due to the wrong messages submitted by the participating companies, then these companies bear the consequences.

11. The Organizing Committee has the right to refuse to deal with the entries that are not paid in full.

12. The Organizing Committee will only refund the entry fee when it is overcharged or misappropriated. Entry fees for cancellation of cases, cancellation of entry qualification or failure to complete the cases are not refundable.

13. All decisions the Organizing Committee made on SHIAF Awards are final and binding.
